For the past decade, we have been dedicated to restoring valuable film archives, preserving the rich heritage of classic cinema. Our efforts have been recognized internationally, with two of our restored films earning prestigious selections: H-8 at the 2022 Cannes Classica and The Ninth Circle (Deveti krug) at the 2021 Venice Film Festival. These accolades underscore our commitment to excellence in film restoration and our role in bringing cinematic masterpieces back to life for new generations.

With 31 years of hands-on experience in sound and image processing,

ATER integrates cutting-edge technology with a track record of professional recognition and awards.

Our audio and video lab has delivered a wide range of products, including radio and TV commercials,

documentaries, feature films, multimedia packages for events, synchronized cartoons, and in-house produced animations.



Dubbing animated and games



It was the ATER studios where several years ago the strongest titles from the Walt Disney catalogue spoke Croatian for the first time, in a way that prompted both Steve Jobs (Pixar) and Steven Spielberg (Dreamworks) to make their hit cartoons alive in Croatian - right in the ATER studio: Lion King, Brother Bear, Cinderella, Tarzan, Aladdin, Finding Nemo, Incredibles, Home on the Range, Chicken Little, Cars… ATER Studio produced the first Croatian independent animated feature film Inspector Martin and the Snail Gang shown in the cinemas throughout Croatia.



Music



A few of our early recognitions and awards are: 1997 special recognition by HURA for contribution to Croatian audio production; 1999 Porin Awards, nomination for The Best Recording, Cubismo Live in Gavella album; 2002 Black Cat Award for The Best Rock Hope, Yammat band. Recently we did music post production for Bogunovic album.
